at Brave Soul
Therapy
Finding a Valley Health Plan (VHP) therapist can feel overwhelming—especially when the provider directory feels limited or you’re struggling to find someone who truly understands your experience. At Brave Soul Therapy, we’re proud to be in-network with VHP and offer accessible, affirming, telehealth therapy across California. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, identity questions, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, you deserve support that feels grounding and real.
Why It’s So Hard to Find a VHP Therapist
Valley Health Plan has a relatively small in-network mental health provider list, which means many people spend weeks searching for a therapist who accepts their insurance. Because our practice is fully telehealth and intentionally built for accessibility, we’re able to offer flexible availability and timely openings, including morning sessions for busy professionals.
